I get the message "Unable to find MSAJT112.DLL."

Solution

This message may appear after you install CBALANCE or XDIAG. It is caused by having an incorrect version of the file VBDB300.DLL on your computer.

To fix the problem you should install the latest release of CBALANCE or XDIAG. These are available from the Software Update page using your Download ID and Password.
